Who we are

Online Business Exit (onlinebusinessexit.com) is an independent educational website operated by Niche Masters LLC, based in Iowa, United States. References to "we," "us," or "our" mean Niche Masters LLC.

Information you provide

This website does not currently offer account registration, newsletter sign-up, contact forms, or any other form that submits personal information to us. If you contact us directly, we will receive the information you choose to include in your message and use it to respond.

Automatically collected technical information

Like most websites, this site is delivered through third-party hosting and content-delivery infrastructure. When your browser requests a page, those providers may automatically process standard technical information such as your IP address, browser type, device information, requested pages, referring URL, and the date and time of the request. This information may be used to deliver the site, maintain security, and diagnose errors. We do not control the exact data these providers log or how long they keep it.

The site's hosting platform may also receive basic technical error reports (for example, a page that failed to load) so that problems can be fixed. These reports are not designed to include the figures you enter into the valuation calculator.

Analytics

No third-party analytics service is currently installed on this site. Business valuation calculator

The valuation calculator performs its calculations in your browser. The financial figures and answers you enter are held only in the open page while you use it; they are not submitted to our servers, saved to your device, or sent to analytics, brokers, or other third parties. Closing or reloading the page clears them. The only calculator-related events the site's code records are non-financial, such as that a step was completed and which business type was selected.

Third-party links and future referral links

This site links to third-party websites, such as sources cited in our research. Those sites have their own privacy practices, which we do not control. In the future, some links may be affiliate or referral links. If you use one, the third party may use cookies or tracking parameters to attribute your visit or transaction. How we use information

We use information to operate, secure, and improve the website and to respond to messages you send us. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use the calculator inputs you enter.
